Note (General): 子供を連れて会社に勤務しオフィスで働くことを、「子連れ出勤」と表現されるようになってきた。この制度自体については賛否両論があり、世界中で議論中である。わが国では待機児童の問題と絡み、少しだけ注目されている状況である。もちろん極地研究所を含めて、国内の大学や研究機関では当制度は全く整備されていない。しかしながら、私は「子連れ出勤」を行わざるを得ない状況になり、2016年5月より週2-3回の子連れで出勤し研究活動を実施してきた。談話会では、これを行うに至った経緯と、実際に行ってみて判明した問題点や、今後のことについて議論を行う。
