Note (General): 北東部の斜面部からは縄文時代早期後半の集積が1基検出され、縄文土器や石器が出土した。台地南西端からは平安時代の竪穴住居跡が1軒検出され、土師器や須恵器が出土した。台地の南側からは中世の台地整形区画が検出され、その区画内から地下式坑や竪穴状遺構、土坑、ピットが検出されている。そして、深さ約1.5～2.0ｍの中世の溝状遺構が台地整形区画を囲うように検出された。台地整形区画外からも地下式坑、溝状遺構、土坑、ピットが検出されている。遺物は15～16世紀代のものが中心である。今回の調査で、宮野木原遺跡が縄文時代早期、平安時代と中世戦国時代の遺跡であることが確認された。
