西富岡・長竹遺跡は丹沢山系大山の麓に位置し、渋田川とその支流に挟まれた瘦せ尾根上に立地する。近世では、江戸時代から近現代にかけての屋敷跡や区画溝が見つかっており、居住地として継続的に使用されていたことが分かった。中世では、掘立柱建物址の柱穴に、石塔の一部が埋納された状態で見つかっている。平安時代では...
