Note (General): type:研究報告書
本研究の目的は、看護教員のインストラクショナルデザイン(以下ID)力の実態を明らかにし、ID力を高めることにある。IDの要素を抽出して調査項目を作成するために、研究に協力が得られた看護教員に半構造的面接を行ったが、現時点で看護教員はIDの基礎知識がなく、要素は抽出できなかった。そこで、IDの専門家にスーパーバイザーを受け、自記式調査用紙を作成した。その後、IDについてワークショップを開催し、参加者を研究対象とした。研究対象者に、研究目的と研究方法を説明し、研究は自由意思で参加できること、参加しなくてもワークショップで不利益を被ることはないこと、いつでも辞退できること、得られたデータは研究目的に使用し、個人が特定されることはないこと、プラーバシーは保持されることを文書で説明し、同意を得た。事前調査は、ワークショップ参加者に自記式調査用紙を郵送し、事後調査はワークショップ終了後に記入していただき、研究協力の意思がある者は投書箱に入れる方法で回収し、前は25人(83.3%)、後は23人(76.7%)から回収できた。
