智歯抜歯による痛みを伴う口腔外科手術を受けた患者に対して、中枢性感作が誘発されうるかを反復熱刺激による時間的加重試験を用いて評価した。そして、時間的加重と周術期の痛みの相関関係を検討した。結果は、残感覚を測定することによって、急性痛からの影響を受けずに、中枢性感作を判別することができる可能性を示した。それは手術前に痛みの残感覚試験を行うことによって、手術後の痛みの遅延を予測することができる可能性が考えられた。 In patients undergoing painful oral surgery of wisdom tooth extraction, whether central sensitization is induced were evaluated using the examination of temporal summation by repetitive thermal stimulation. We investigated the association between temporal summation and perioperative pain. The results showed that the measurement of after sensation may be able to detect central sensitization without interference from acute pain. It suggests that preoperative pain is able to predict protracted postoperative pain by examination of after sensation.
