脳卒中後に生じる言語機能障害の一つである失語症は、脳卒中後に生じる重大な後遺症の一つであり、社会復帰を妨げる障害要因の一つである。経頭蓋直流電気刺激(tDCS)前後に、画面上の絵を見てその名前を言うまでの反応時間の変化を調査することにより、呼称課題における脳の賦活部位を同定し、その部位にtDCSを行い合わせて言語訓練を行うことにより、呼称反応時間の改善を認めた。患者ごとに、機能回復に関与する部位を同定し、その場所を賦活することにより、失語症の改善が見込まれる。 We applied transcranial direct current stimulation combined with speech therapy among patients with non-fluent aphasia. Stimulation site was determined with the change of the reaction time of picture naming test induced with each anodal tDCS of affected hemisphere or unaffected hemisphere. Transcranial direct current stimulation combined with speech therapy improved the reaction time of picture naming test. It was supposed that tDCS combine with speech therapy could improve non-fluent aphasia.
