気分・不安障害などの精神的健康度低下と睡眠障害は大きな社会的疾病負担となっており, 重要な予防医学課題として, 早期発見による早期介入を可能とする精度の高いスクリーニング方法が求められている。本研究では, 進行中の地域コホート研究集団からK6で選んだ精神的ストレス状態群と良好群, ならびにアテネ不眠尺度で選んだ尺度高得点群と低得点群について, 血漿メタボロームプロファイルを比較した。その結果, 男性5物質, 女性6物質がストレス状態と関連していた。一方, 不眠については関連が明確ではなかった。今後は例数を増やすとともに, 追跡を行って関連性を明らかにしていく予定である。 Mood and anxiety disorder is important issue for population health, and development of effective screening method is sought-after. We compared metabolic profiling of plasma between high- and low- anxiety groups defined by K-6 score in a baseline survey of a population-based cohort study with CE/MS method. Out of 115 metabolites, 5 metabolites for male and 6 for female were significantly related to high K-6 score. I addition, metabolic profiling was compared between insomnia and normal sleep evaluated by Athens Insomnia Scale, but no significant result was observed. Further follow-up as well as detailed pathway analysis are to be done to elucidate causality.
