• Note (General): type:text; 昨年度から継続して実施している藤沢市の小グループ運動介入グループの支援を継続し, 2年後調査を計8グループ144名に実施した。並行して, 身体活動促進の普及・継続のためのマルチレベルのアクションおよび, 課題の整理と対策を実施してきた。 小グループの醸成・継続では, 7月に交流会を実施した。上記8グループの参加者と市民を中心に, 関連組織も参加した。10月には身体活動推進に関わる4団体も含め, 市と共催で健康ミーティングを開催した。また老人クラブ連合会では, 研究成果を実感し, 組織的にプラス・テンを実施していくことになった。研究班では, 体力測定をはじめとした健康チェック実施マニュアル等を成果として還元し, 支援した。その他, 老人クラブでの実施が町内会に広がったり, 農協等の別コミュニティへの広がりもみせている。1グループでは研究非参加者に対し, リーダーや協力者が主導して体力測定会を開催した。 地域コミュニティでの運動実施の成果は, 市事業のグループ運動団体登録制度や各種体操・リーダー講習会等に反映された。さらに関連団体や研究参加者からの拡大を期待し, 市の集中プロジェクトともリンクしてプラス・テンを伝えるバッジ, クリアファイルを作成した。いずれも好評で, 口コミを通じた普及のきっかけになるものと考えられる。 体力測定は, 2年後経過でも継続者では効果が明らかであった2ステップテスト(1.34⇒1.38, n=65), 30秒間座り立ち(22⇒25回, n=67)は自主的に行う際にも有益であり, グループ内やボランティアとともに実施可能と考えられた。認知機能では, CAD i値は維持できており, 低い者には気配りをするなど, 経過を追うことに意義があると考えられた。ボランティア, 地域NPO, 大学, 行政などがかかわる機会としても有益である。 IT化については, 地域のネット環境には限界があり, 別途整備した上で, 広く使用可能なものを検討することとした。 We held exchange meeting for the small groups in July. Participants of the above eight groups, other citizens and those in related organizations joined the meeting. In October, a health meeting was held jointly with the city including four organizations involved in promoting physical activity. At the elderly club association, they also realized the research results, and they decided to implement the physical activity promotion systematically by themselves. In one group, leaders and collaborators led the non-participating elderly to hold physical fitness measurement sessions. The results of the exercise implementation in the local community were reflected in the exercise group registration system of the city business, various workshops for exercise gymnastics and exercise leaders. We also created the badge and the clear-file collaborating with the city's intensive project. Both are popular, and it is considered to be a catalyst for spreading through word of mouth. Physical fitness measurement will be voluntarily conducted for the 2-step test (1.34 ⇒ 1.38, n = 65), 30-second chair rising test (22 ⇒ 25 times, n = 67), the effect of which was clear in the follower even after two years. It was also beneficial and was thought to be feasible with the group and volunteers. Regarding the cognitive function, CADi value was maintained. CADi can be used regularly for the assessment of early cognitive decline. Regarding IT conversion, we decided to consider what is widely available after having established limitations on the regional net environment, and separately prepare it.
