治療困難な難治性骨折に対して3次元シミュレーションを行い、骨折の位置関係を3次元的に解析し、同モデルを3Dプリンタで再現して術前に綿密な計画をたてることで、正確な整復を行うシミュレーションするシステムを構築した。実際の臨床現場において同様のシミュレーションを行った結果、整復位置はいずれも良好であった。本手法は整復困難な骨折の治療や、手術前の教育、ディスカッションにおいて非常に有用であると考えられた。 We developed 3D preoperative simulation for fracture reduction and fixation using surface registration technique and 3D printer. This method contribute to accurate simulation for fractures with large bone defect or multiple fragments. It can be a good tool for education and discussion before the operation.
