全国の看護小規模多機能型居宅介護（以下、看多機）の介護支援専門員を対象に、家族介護者（以下、ケアラー）の健康についてどのように意識し支援しているのかを明らかにすることを目的にアンケート調査を行った。結果、「気分や精神面で不安がないか」は、98％以上の介護支援専門員が重要な質問項目であると回答した。ケアラーの定期通院や臨時受診、休息時間などを確保するために「泊まり」サービスを効果的にケアプラン位置づけていた。柔軟にサービスを調整し提供するための具体的なアプローチ方法などについて、検討を進めていく必要性が示唆された。 A questionnaire survey was conducted with the aim of clarifying how care managers working in nursing-small-scale multifunctional home care facilities recognize and support the health of caregivers. As a result, more than 98% of care managers answered that the important question was "Do you care about your mood and mental health?" The care manager used the "staying service" in the care plan to secure regular care, temporary care, and rest time for caregivers.It is necessary to proceed with service coordination and consideration of specific approaches.
