Note (General): 大島正伸教授が保有する胃がん発症モデルマウスK19-Wnt1/C2mEマウスおよびそのコントロールマウスK19-C2mEマウスと野生型マウスの３系統マウスから、時間軸に沿って尿を採取し、プロテオーム解析を行った。その結果、約９００種のタンパク質を検出し、K19-C2mEマウスに特異的な約１２０種のタンパク質、さらに、K19-Wnt1/C2mEマウスに特異的な約３０種のタンパク質を検出した。これら合わせて約１５０種のタンパク質の安定同位体標識リコンビナントタンパク質を、小麦胚芽無細胞タンパク質合成系を用いて作成し、各タンパク質のプロテオタイピックペプチドを質量分析により決定した。この情報を基に、マルチプルリアクションモニタリング(MRM)システムの構築を進めた。
