Note (General): 本研究では、コミュニケーション能力養成を中心的な教育目標とする時代における文法教育の新しい方向性を提示した。ドラマ、映画、放送素材などのデータの分析を通じて、書かれた言語の分析を通じて構築された伝統的な文法とは異なる話された言語の文法があることを示し、話された言葉に広範囲に見いだしうる四つの特徴を示した。
This project offers a new perspective to the teaching of English grammar in a time when current teaching objectives center on the development of communication abilities. By investigating the characteristics of unplanned speech, mostly derived from TV and radio dramas, films, and broadcast news, this research shows that grammar for spoken language differs from traditional grammar, which is supposedly based on the analysis of written language. The project also provides four linguistic features that can be extensively observed in authentic spoken English.
