Note (General): 本研究では,破壊力学における亀裂進展モデルを中心に,関連する様々な移動境界問題について融合的に数理解析・数値解析の研究を行った.これらは全く異なる現象でありながら,幾何学的制約に由来する困難さと変分構造の重要性という共通点がある.本研究において,移動境界問題で成功をおさめている反応拡散系によるフェイズ・フィールド・モデルの亀裂進展問題への適用,及び変分構造を持つ多角形版移動境界問題の枠組みの構築及びその数値解析などを行うことに成功した.
In this research, we studied several crack propagation models in fracture mechanics and related various moving boundary problems from viewpoints of mathematical and numerical analyses. These are completely different phenomena, however, both have geometrical difficulty and importance of variational structures. We succeeded in proposing a phase field model by means of reaction diffusion system, which is a powerful tool in moving boundary problems, and constructed a polygonal motion with variational structure and its numerical analysis.
