本研究の目的は、腰部負担の大きなベッド上からの起き上がり動作を介助する課題を行わせ、生体力学的に介助負担の少ない方法を腰部圧迫力の算出と、身体各部位の角度による姿勢指数の両面から評価した。最も効率的な介助方法は、骨盤を押し込む方法が低くかった。また介助指数では膝関節を屈曲させた低重心位置が模擬患者との重心位置および介助中のモーメントアームが接近する介助方法であることが明らかとなった。
The purpose of this study, we made the challenges of assistance from the bed and get up to transfer technique with large lumbar strain, lumbar compression force and the calculation of assistance for low-impact way biomechanics, posture index angles of body parts were evaluated from both sides. Assistance is the most efficient way, how did push the lower pelvis. Also assisted in the index was found to be a way to approach the moment arm of assistance and assistance with the center of gravity of the simulated patient had a low center of gravity to bend the knee.
