昨年度にはdiethyl D-tartrateから合成したエナミドの7-endo選択的アリールラジカル環化反応と、引き続くα-アミドイルラジカルの5-endo型のラジカル環化反応を組み合わせた7-endo/5-endo型タンデムラジカル環化反応成績体を用いて(-)-cephalotaxineの合成を行った。今回、7-errdo/5-enda型タンデムラジカル環化反応成績体を用いて(+)-cephalezomine Hの合成を行ったところ、提出されていた構造に間違いがあり、3位の水酸基がα-配置でなく、β-配置であることを明らかにした。現在、cephalezomine Gについても、3位の水酸基がα-配置であると提出されているが、β-配置であると推定し、その合成を検討中である。1,6-ジエンをTHF中空気雰囲気下、FeCl_3とNaBH_4で処理したところ、少量の2-ヒドロキシメチル-1-メチルシクロペンテンと共に、2-クロロメチル-1-メチルシクロペンテンが収率良くで得られた。一方、エタノール中酸素雰囲気下、フタロシアニン鉄(Fe(Pc)とNaBH_4で処理したところ、2-ヒドロキシメチル-1-メチルシクロペンテンのみが収率で得られた。同じ1,6-ジエンを還流THF中FeCl_3存在下Fe(NO_3)_3・9H_2Oで処理したところ、2-クロロメチル-1-ニトロメチルシクロペンテンが好収率で得られた。これらの反応の「タンデムラジカル環化反応」への有用性を検討している。
