①集まったアカントアメーバ角膜炎症例に対し、レーザー生体共焦点顕微鏡、前眼部光干渉断層計、PCR各検査データを集めた。また、放射状角膜神経炎をレーザー共焦点顕微鏡、前眼部光干渉断層計（OCT）を用いて解析した。②既存の抗がん剤、抗真菌薬の抗アカントアメーバ作用、抗シスト効果を評価した。③アカントアメーバ角膜炎の診断前の治療、診断までの日数、治療日数等、諸因子に対し、視力予後に関するデーターを解析したので、学会発表し論文にまとめる予定である。
①Acanthamoeba keratitis cases were added. For the addition of Acanthamoeba keratitis cases, laser confocal microscopy, anterior segment optical coherence tomography, and PCR test data were collected. In addition, radial keratoneuritis were analyzed using a laser confocal microscope and an anterior optical coherence tomography (OCT).②The anti-Acanthamoeba and anti-cystic effects of existing anti-cancer agents and antifungal agents were evaluated.　③We have analyzed data on visual acuity prognosis for various factors such as pre-diagnosis treatment of Acanthamoeba keratitis, days until diagnosis, and treatment days, and we plan to publish the data.
