Note (General): 金沢大学医学部附属病院
脳動脈瘤の発生や、修復に関与する生物活性因子の解明を目的としている。ラットに実験的脳動脈瘤を誘発し、1)免疫組織学的手法により生物活性因子の変化を検討した、2)生物活性因子を投与し増殖性修復が誘発可能かを検討した。現在まで、脳動脈瘤の発生初期には、内皮下層でfbronectin、collagenが減少し、増殖性修復部ではfibronectinの増生が認められること(Stroke26:1659-1664,1995)、bFGFの全身投与により脳動脈瘤の初期病変に平滑筋細胞の増殖を誘発しうること(Stroke26:1649-1654,1995)を明らかにした。さらに、選択的NO合成酵素阻害剤L-NAMEの投与により脳動脈瘤の発生が抑制されることを報告した。
