- 2009-2011年度科学研究費助成事業(科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C)))研究成果報告書 課題番号：21592854 研究代表者：波多野浩道 (鹿児島大学医学部教授)へき地保健医療計画の目的である公平なアクセス達成を評価する指標を開発することが本研究の目的である。ヘルスサービスの利用可能性に対する実際のサービス利用度の比（利用度／利用可能性）を評価指標とした。検討対象としたへき地は、離島に限定した。利用度については医療サービス、保健サービスおよび介護サービスについて、それぞれの標準化比を、利用可能性についてはPotential Spatial Accessibilityモデルを応用した。評価指標を精緻化する課題が明らかになった。The purpose of this study was to develop a evaluation index for equitable access improvement on health planning in remote areas. The evaluation index proposed is a ratio ( potential health care services utilization / realized health care services utilization). The research remote areas were limited to the isolated islands. About realized utilization for health care services (medical, health and nursing care services) , each standardized services utilization ratio was used. About potential utilization, Potential Spatial Accessibility model was applied. Some problems to elaborate the evaluation index became clear.
