• Note (General): SPring-8原研軟X線ビームライン用挿入光源ID23は位相駆動時に二つの特徴的な軌道変動を引き起こす。一つはID23の磁石列が持つ誤差磁場が位相駆動によって変動するために引き起こされるもので、もう一つは位相駆動用サーボモーターのノイズによるものである。これらの軌道変動を蓄積リングアーク部に置かれている3台の電子ビーム位置モニターを用いて測定した。磁石列の誤差磁場による変動データとID23の位相位置の関係から、位相駆動の方向によらない変動成分を補正する励磁テーブルを作成した。; We observed two characteristic electron orbit fluctuations caused when the phase of ID23 (APPLE-2 type undulator) installed at SPring-8 was driven. One was caused by the variation of magnetic error filed of ID23 when the phase was driven. The other was caused by the noise from the phase drive system which adoped AC servomotors. We measured these orbit fluctuations synchronized with the phase motion using the real-time electron beam position measurement system. The part of the orbit fluctuation was supressed by the correction table which was made referring to the obtained data.
