• Note (General): プルトニウム研究1棟では、施設廃止措置計画に従い管理区域解除に向けた準備作業を進めており、その一環として実施した施設内に貯蔵する全ての核燃料物質の搬出を、令和2年12月のプルトニウム等核燃料物質のBECKYへの運搬をもって完了させた。今後計画されている他施設の廃止措置に活かすため、一連の作業についてまとめ記録することとした。本報告書では、運搬準備から実際の運搬作業の段階まで、核燃料物質使用許可の変更申請のための保管室の臨界評価、運搬容器の新規製作と事業所登録、運搬計画の立案・準備作業及び運搬作業等に項目立てして詳細を記録した。; Plutonium Research Building No.1 (Pu1) was qualified as a facility to decommission, and preparatory operations for decommission were worked by the research groups users and the facility managers of Pu1. The operation of transportation of whole nuclear materials in Pu1 to Back-end Cycle Key Element Research Facility (BECKY) completed at Dec. 2020. In the operation included evaluation of criticality safety for changing permission of the license for use nuclear fuel materials in BECKY, cask of the transportation, the registration request of the cask at the institute, the test transportation, formulation of plan for whole nuclear materials transportation, and the main transportation. This report circumstantially shows all of those process to help prospective decommission.
