脳動静脈奇形は非常に複雑な形状をしているので、血流動態によって奇形の位置を正確に把握したい。脳血管の3次元映像化をX線で行う場合、比較的狭い範囲について可能であるが、造影剤の動態を4次元的に再構成するため被ばく量が増大してしまうという問題がある。本研究では、特定の方向について得られたアンジオ画像を用いて血管の3次元的画像を再構成する試みを行った。この方法により、患者に対する被ばくを軽減したまま、脳動静脈奇形の部位を正確に取得することができるようになった。
In the arteriovenous malformation (AVM), it is very important to decide the targeted region accurately in the radiosurgery. In order to clarify its region we proposed a new method with a conventional angiography equipment. This method uses cine angiographic data measured at several angles, and reconstructs a four dimensional image with these projection data. In this paper we proposed this new method and showed the varidity of this method with some simulations and basic experiments.
