Note (General): 革命後期（1795年以降）になると、革命前期の立法を見直そうとする議論や革命前の制度を復活させようとする動きがあったが、一部の例外を除き、大革命の大事業が勝利を占め、新しい土地制度が確実なものとなった。買戻不能の永代賃貸借契約を復活させようとする要望があったが、その復活は叶わなかった。地上定期金は、1793年7月17日のデクレにより無償で廃止されたが、同デクレを取り消そうとする動きがあった。しかし、その取消しも実現しなかった。他方、一時的賃貸借である上土権契約の上土権者に所有権を移転する1792年の法律は、1797年に廃止された。また、一部地方の永代貸借は、革命前の制度への復活が受け容れられた。
