Note (General): 《岳麓書院蔵秦簡》は二〇〇七年十二月、湖南大学の岳麓書院が香港古玩市場で購入したものである。したがって考古学発掘ではなく、真偽については各々が判断し扱う必要がある。ただし、科学的根拠（材質検査）や書写内容、書写形態など、多くの研究者によってその真偽の検討が行われ、『文物』（二〇〇九・三）で初めて世に知られることになった。また専刊『嶽麓書院蔵秦簡』計五冊が出版されている。いずれにせよ、これら多くの眼の淘汰に耐えて残ったこの秦簡を無視することはできない。制作に用いた箇所の字形考察を行い、実際に部分を作品として収めた。
