文部科学省は平成18年1月に「IT新改革戦略」を策定し,小中高等学校等におけるIT化のサポートを強化した.その1年後,平成19年3月には「地域・学校の特色等を活かしたICT環境活用先進事例に関する調査研究」の報告書を取りまとめ,学校のICT化のサポート体制強化の必要性が提言された.同年10月に検討会が設置され,学校のICT化のサポート体制の在り方について具体的に検討が始まった.調査研究の中で現場の教員にアンケート調査を行った結果,ICT活用が進まない理由として,機器の台数が不足していること(60.6%)と準備に時間がかかりすぎること(82.2%)の2つが挙げられた.本研究では,授業計画の際に活用可能な資料を提案することを目的とし,メディア教材を用いた授業実践報告と私自身が見たメディア教材を用いた授業実践を,ブルームのデジタルタキソノミーで分析する.そして,調査結果から見えるメディア教材利用の現状,メディア教材の役割について考察し,全国との比較から見える千葉県の教育のこれからについて論ずる.
