- 内題:子正月廿九日御在番新城親雲上様を始御筆者衆招請之時。松茂氏,宮良殿内。包丁人:饒平名仁屋。編著者:松茂氏第八代宮良当壮か?光緒2年(1876)。1件。15丁。25.7cm×19.4cm。序文・奥書:なし。保存状態:並。1876年,在番の新城親雲上を招き饗応した時の献立記録。包丁人は饒平名仁屋とある。献立構成,供膳の順序は「同治一二年在番招請之時」とほぼ同じである。ただし,献立内容を詳細に見ると材料が異なり,前回なかった<蒸ぶた><笋寒>といった琉球料理もみられる。聯句も前回と同じ。子年御在番招請之時膳部日記。(金城須美子)A record of the menu at the banquet for the Zaiban Peechin Aragusuku in 1876. The chef was Yohena, Niya.The structure of the menu is largely similar to that of the reception banquet for the Zaiban in 1873. However upon a closer look the ingredients of the specific dishes appear to be different. Also includes the Ryukuan dishes such as steamed pig and sun kan, which were not included previously.
