Note (General)：: 形態 : 横半帳解説 : 富山藩は、分藩当初から財政は苦しく、幕府への御用金や度重なる水害・凶作にも悩まされていた。そのため、宗藩をはじめ江戸・大阪・飛騨商人からの度重なる借財の累積であった。この調理帳は安政６年のものと思われるが、惣不足２２，７６５両余となっている。
