- 形態 : 毛筆解説 : 江戸幕府の大名統制の基本法である武家諸法度は、元和元年（１６１５）に徳川家康によって１３ケ条が定められ、寛永１２年（１６３５）になって１９条として完成した。その後、寛文３年（１６６３）に耶蘇教の禁止、不幸者の処罰の２条が加わるなど、将軍の代替わり毎に改変はあったが、享保２年（１７１７）以降は変わりない。また、旗本・御家人に対する規制を諸士法度といい、寛永１２年（１６３４）に２３ケ条が定められたが、将軍綱吉の時代になって武家諸法度に統合された。この文書は、寛文３年（１６６３）８月５日附の条々（諸士法度）と、２条が追加された寛文３年の武家諸法度を文政１０年（１８２７）に写したものである。 富山藩文書１０３
