砂川公園区域周遊コース（公園管理事務所～第１○Ｐ～下流橋～上流橋～公園管理事務所＝１周1,830ｍ。40分。登山道：超Ａ級）。総社市営の公園で、駐車場７、トイレ３、野営場76張分、炊事棟3、ファイアーサークル2、野外ステージ1が整備されている。
砂川の森区域周遊コース（公園管理事務所～四季の森分岐～ふれあい広場～明治の石垣堰堤～公園管理事務所＝3,740m。70分。登山道：超Ａ級）。砂川の森○Ｐにはトイレあり。解説版などを読みながら歩けば森林浴ができる。家族・一般向き。
鬼城山車道コース（公園管理事務所～新山古道上口～鬼ノ城ビジターセンター＝4,015m。登80分。降60分。車10分）。道幅が狭いため、全長7ｍ、幅2.1ｍを超えるバスは通行不可。頂上駐車場スペース約50台。トイレあり。家族・一般向き。
