今回の改訂で16ページボリュームアップしました。その結果、首都3都市のレストラン&ショップ、博物館などの情報が大幅ボリュームアップ! それぞれの国の概要がわかるページも新しく加わりました。また旧市街中心部の拡大地図も新たに作りました。
巻頭特集は定番の各国情報とグルメ、おみやげ、世界遺産ガイドに、森の民芸品市。歌と踊りの祭典も特集しています。
本文内の特集も「ユーゲントシュティール建築（ラトヴィア）」「ルンダーレ宮殿（ラトヴィア）」「十字架の丘（リトアニア）」のほか、「杉原千畝の足跡を辿る（リトアニア）」も追加。首都で楽しむグルメ、ショッピングスポットのミニ特集もあります。
