本書の使い方
本書は，タイトルの「医薬品開発を例にしたコンメンタール(逐条解説)研究開発QMSマニュアル＜＜ISO9001：2015対応＞＞」が示すように，製薬会社の医薬品開発部門を想定して，ISO 9001：2015 が要求する品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）を確立し，実行し，維持し，かつ継続的に改善するためのQMS マニュアルの「サンプル」を示したものです。
「はしがき」でも述べたとおり，QMS マニュアルは，本来「自らの組織に本当に役に立つ仕組みを，自ら全員参加で考えて作る」ものです。したがって，このQMS マニュアルの「サンプル」をそのまま使おうなどとは決して考えないでください。形骸化した仕組み作りの第一歩になります。実は世界中（とりわけ日本で顕著ですが）の様々な業界で，共通して，よく見られる典型的な失敗の1 つです。
本書は，ISO 9001：2015のメッセージを正しく理解するための手引き又は辞書としてご活用ください。もちろん，ISO の教育研修用の資料として使っていただいても結構です。
なお，医薬品開発以外の業界で開発業務をご担当されている読者の方々は，「医薬品開発」を，それぞれ該当する「〇〇開発」と読み替えていただければ，少なからず共通点が見いだせるものと考えております。是非，ご参考にしていただければと存じます。
