- 103万円、106万円、130万円など、被扶養配偶者でいるための年収の壁はいくつもありますが、そのしくみはとても複雑です。本書では、この「年収の壁」を、税と社会保険のそれぞれの面、さらに企業規模や地域別最低賃金の面から解読し、扶養内で働きたい人のためのシンプルに計算できる「逆算式賃金制度」を提案しています。しかしながら、今後は最低賃金もあがり、扶養内で働き続けられる範囲はさらに狭まっていきます。そこで、助成金を利用するなどして、これまで扶養内パートとして働いていた方が正社員としてしっかりと働けるようにするための方策についても、ていねいに解説しています。今年10月から、従業員数51人～100人の会社も社会保険適用拡大となりました。パート・アルバイト社員を雇っている企業の経営者・人事担当の方はもちろん、今後の働き方について考えているパート・アルバイト社員の方々にも、ぜひ読んでいただきたい内容です。
