- フラをすこし習ってみたい……フラを習いはじめたけど、よくわからない……そんなキッズとパパママがまず知りたいフラとハワイの基礎知識を、ぎゅっと一冊にまとめました。フラを習うと……・音やリズムをとれるようになって音感覚アップ・踊る楽しさ、歌う楽しさを実感できるようになって表現力アップ・中腰やターンなどで体幹が鍛えられて身体能力アップ・先生につくことで礼儀や忍耐が学べて社会性アップ・基本的に群舞なので協調性アップ・うまくなってきたらコンペなどの機会もあって向上心アップなどなど、キッズたちの心身に好影響がいっぱい！実際に子どもの頃からフラを習い続けた人の中には、社会に出て活躍している人も少なくありません。それに、なによりハワイ音楽に合わせてみんなで踊るのは楽しい！ハワイアンの衣装もかわいい！老若男女だれでも楽しめるので、パパもママも家族みんなで踊ることだってできちゃう！ほとんどのページは、小学校低学年の子どもでも読めるよう、すべての漢字にルビをつけました（※一部、大人と一緒に読むページもあります）。フラを習いはじめた小学1年生の「リコちゃん」が案内役となって、フラとハワイについて知りたいみなさんをご案内します！お子さんの習いごととしておすすめのフラ。ぜひ一度、その世界を親子でのぞいてみませんか？
