Y-Ba-Cu酸化物を高周波スパッタ法で作製した。ターゲットはY_1Ba_2Cu_<4.5>O_yとY_1Ba_3Cu_5O_yを通常のセラミックス法で作製した。膜組成はラザフォード後方散乱法で,また構造ほX繰回折法で夫々決定した。膜は強くC軸配向したものであった。スバッタ直後の膜は絶縁体であったが...
