• Summary, etc.: 左中心回の皮質・皮質下領域の脳梗塞により失構音を生じ,その回復過程で母音/i/,/e/の産生が子音獲得後にも困難だった症例を報告する。症例は72歳の右利き男性。神経症状では,右側の軽度の球麻痺と上肢に強い右片麻痺,右側感覚障害を呈した。言語機能では,急性期に発語はなく,口型模倣も困難,聴覚理解は良好...
