Note (General): 口腔乾燥感は QOL を大きく低下させる症状であるが，その要因は明らかになっていない．口腔乾燥感は更年期女性に多く認められるという報告もあるが、更年期症状と口腔乾燥感との関連について検討している報告は少ない．したがって，本研究では，口腔乾燥感に関連する要因を年代別に検討することを目的としてWeb調査を行った．　対象者は，各年代の男女各62名の計744名とした．2018年5月にインターネットを用いて，対象者特性，既往歴，更年期症状，眼，鼻，口，皮膚，膣の乾燥感，QOL について調査した．口腔乾燥感の有無と各項目について単変量解析を行った後，ロジスティック回帰分析を行った．　いずれの性別および年代でも約3-4割に口腔乾燥感が認められた．また，口腔乾燥感を有する者の方が口腔に関連する症状や更年期症状，眼，鼻，皮膚，腟の乾燥感を有意に強く呈していた．ロジスティック回帰分析の結果，更年期症状に関連する項目の他，乾燥を感じる部位数が関連していた．これらの症状を訴える者に対して，口腔乾燥感の有無を聴取することにより，口腔乾燥感の早期発見，早期加療につながる可能性がある．
