Note (General): 本論文は、介護予防の現場で利用可能な評価指標を作成することを主目的とし、自立と要介護状態の中間的状態であるフレイルについて、欠損値の扱い方によるフレイル評価への影響、及びフレイルの度合いを示す評価基準の作成、に関する研究を基礎論文として構成した。その結果、欠損値の扱い方によってフレイルの該当率は約2.5倍異なること、体力変数をFitness Age Scoreで点数化することによってフレイルの度合いを評価できること等が明らかとなった。本研究で得られた知見は、様々な介護予防事業の企画・運営、および事業の効果検証に利用可能で、介護予防事業の一端を担う研究成果であると考えられる。
