Note (General): 本論文では、内モンゴルの牧畜経済の長期的変動を、ホボトシャラ旗を事例として、牧畜経済と階級構造との関わりを中心に検討し、問題の析出を試みた。その際、政策改革や自然環境の変化の影響も考慮して分析を行った。さらに、借金問題の原因とその浸透に注目して現状を検討し、牧畜経済の発展の方向性及び課題について考察した。長期変動分析ではまず、1949年から2010年までの家畜関連データの分析により、牧畜経済の発展を時期区分に沿い跡付けた。また、調査地域、調査年の位置付けを明確にし、市場経済の浸透が家畜資源、労働資源、土地資源に与えた変化を検証した。それを踏まえて、実態調査を行った2011年と2014年の調査結果を牧畜収入4分位階級の分析手段で比較し、転換期における牧畜業の特徴を分析した。
