Note (General): 電磁機器産業における電磁機器の設計開発においては電磁界解析が幅広く用いられている．電磁界解析を用いることは電磁機器の試作前の特性評価が容易となることから，電磁機器の性能向上のための有効な手段である．近年，電磁機器は市場の拡大に伴うプレイヤーの増加によって，競争が激化しており，高性能，高品質な製品をいち早く市場に投入する必要がある．電磁機器の高性能・高品質化のためには，膨大な繰り返し計算が必要な最適化計算や電磁界と制御，熱，振動などを考慮した連成解析が必要不可欠となっており，電磁界解析の計算時間を削減する需要が増加している．電気自動車用モータの開発・設計において，広い駆動範囲における高効率性や高信頼性，静粛性が求められることから，開発においては，複数の物理量を含み，制御系の検討を行うことが必要となっている．その中で，動作シミュレーションは重要な役割を担っている．動作シミュレーションはいわゆるビヘイビアモデルで実施されることが多い．この解析では，FEM を用いて作成した参照テーブルや応答局面から回転子位置に対応する磁束やインダクタンスなどを取得し，回路方程式を求める．この回路方程式を解くことで電流を決定し，トルクを求め，トルクを入力とした運動方程式を解くことで，回転子の新たな位置を決定する．このように決まる回転子の回転速度が目標に近づくように，入力電圧が制御される．このアプローチによりモータの動的な振る舞いを近似的に求めることができる．ただし，モータを集中定数回路として扱うため，空間的に分布する加振力や磁界の分布から求められる高調波損失のような場の特性を求めることが難しく，電磁振動解析などに用いることは困難である．FEM の計算時間を短縮するアプローチとして，固有直交分解（POD：Proper Orthogonal Decomposition）に基づくモデル縮約（MOR：Model Order Reduction）がある．磁界の分布のスナップショットから正規直交基底を作成することにより，磁界を少数の基底で表し，有限要素方程式を基底の係数についての小さな方程式に変換することによって行列計算の計算コストを削減することができる．しかしながら，回転機の解析においては一般に電磁鋼板の磁気飽和を考慮する必要がある．このとき縮約方程式の成分は機械角，電流振幅や電流位相角に依存することなる．このため，状態変化毎に縮約方程式を構成し直すとともに，非線形の縮約方程式を解き直す必要がある．このことから，実時間処理で特性の算出が求められるビヘイビアモデルへは適応が難しいと考えられる．これらの課題を解決するために本研究では回転機の電磁界解析手法として補間型モデル縮約を提案した．本手法は，POD に基づき磁界分布を圧縮して保存し，電流空間を有限要素に基づき補間する．機械角空間においては，近年流体解析など分野で注目されている動的モード分解を用いて補間を行うことによって，任意の電流，機械角に対応する磁界分布を復元することができる．本手法は，連立方程式を解くことなく，磁界分布の計算が可能であるため，有限要素法と比較して計算負荷を大幅に削減することが期待できる．また，磁界分布を復元するという特徴から，分布定数である，加振力や高調波鉄損についても計算が可能である．本手法を回転機の解析に適用し，数値実験を行うことによってトルク，トルクリプル,　高調波鉄損などの集中定数，分布定数を問わず任意のモータ特性を高速かつ高精度に復元できることを示した．また，回転機の動的解析に適用するために電圧方程式との連成手法について検討し，数値検討を行い，実際に連成可能であることを示し，本手法の有効性を確認した．
Currently, in the development and design of electric motors for electric vehicles,electromagnetic field analysis using finite element method (FEM) has widely been used. Fast dynamic simulation of a motor and control system including inverters and gears has been required for such processes. It is difficult to perform the dynamic FE analysis for this purpose due to its large computing cost. Instead of the direct use of FEM, fast simulation has been performed based on the simplified approach referred to as behavior model. Although this approach is fast enough to simulate the dynamic behavior of the motor and control system, it is difficult to evaluate iron and copper losses and electromagnetic forces acting on the stator during the simulation because magnetic fields would have to be re-computed by FEM.This paper proposes a simplified model order reduction for fast dynamic simulation of electric motors. In this method, magnetic fields expressed by reduced variables are stored into memory and restored using interpolation in the current-state space to make fast computation the properties of an electric motor. It is shown that torque, flux, electromagnetic force and the iron losses considering higher harmonics are computed by the proposed method accurately and effectively. Moreover, the proposed method is successfully coupled with the flux-based circuit equations.
