Note (General): リハビリテーションの臨床現場において，3次元動作解析装置を用いた歩行解析は高い精度で定量的な評価が可能であるが，解析に時間を要することや測定空間が限られることより臨床現場には不向きであった．近年，測定空間の制約を受けにくいウェアラブルセンサを用いた歩行解析の検証および臨床応用が注目されている．本学工学研究院と保健科学研究院ではウェアラブルセンサを用いた 3 次元歩行計測システム H-Gait を共同開発し臨床応用を進めてきた．本研究では H-Gait を用いた歩行解析を通して，変形股関節症症例およびロコモティブシンドロームへの臨床応用の検討を行った．
