• Note (General): 近年、住宅において気密性や断熱性が重視されるようになったことから、湿気の停滞などにより室内において微生物が発生しやすい環境を生んでいる。Acanthamoebaは汚染された水や手でコンタクトレンズを装着することで角膜に感染し、角膜炎を引き起こす。また、Rhodotorulaは浴室に広く存在し、材質を傷めるだけでなく、感染症の原因菌となる。そこで、室内の水回り環境で問題となるアメーバや酵母に対する微生物防除と防菌剤としての応用を検討した。
