• Note (General): 本論文の目的は、栄養スクリーニング法のツールを検討することである。主観的包括的評価法SGAに着目し、マラスムス型の栄養状態を示す頭頸部がん、浮腫を伴う心不全患者においてSGAが栄養管理の第一手順であるスクリーニング法となり得るか検討した。いずれもSGAは入院時栄養スクリーニング方法として有用であった。客観的指標よりSGAによる栄養評価が、合併症発生や生死を予測し得るかを、SGAの原型を示したDeteky、Queenslan HealthのSGAエビデンス論文を引用し考察した。SGAの重点は栄養状態に関連する疾患の存在にあり、疾患をもつ患者の低栄養を診断しており、結果的に合併症発生や生存、在院日数などのアウトカムを評価し得たと考えられる。管理栄養士によるSGA評価は、栄養管理の第一手順であるスクリーニングツールとして有用であると結論付けた。; 2021
