Note (General): We investigated the effect of IL-12 family cytokines (IL-12, IL-23, IL-27 and IL-35) on NK92 cells. We confirmed that NK92 cells are classified as subpopulations of CD56bright CD16-. We measured the intracellular granules and cytokines by flow cytometry. We could not observe the effect of IL-12 family cytokines (IL-23, IL-27 and IL-35) other than IL-12 in perforin 1 and IFN-γ production. A small amount of granzyme B production was detected by stimulation of IL-12, IL-27 or IL-35. These results suggested the possibility that IL-27 or IL-35 has an effect on granzyme B production of NK92 cells.
