Note (General): 【目的】遠隔部経筋治療の有効性とその発現様式を明らかにするために，ヒトの経筋病態モデルにおいて滎穴への円皮鍼が筋痛に及ぼす影響を検討した．【方法】手の太陰経筋病態モデルとして，伸張性収縮運動負荷により上腕屈筋群に遅発性筋痛を作製し，クロスオーバー法にて（n＝8），運動負荷後 24 時間に同側の滎穴の魚際穴へ円皮鍼または偽円皮鍼を貼付した（無介入群も設定）．肘関節の屈曲時および伸展時の痛みの強さと痛みの出現角度の評価を運動負荷前から負荷後 48 時間（介入後 24 時間）の 7 時点で行った．【結果】屈曲時痛の強さ，伸展時痛の強さ，伸展時痛出現角度において，円皮鍼群は介入後の経時的変化が偽円皮鍼群，無介入群とは有意に異なり減少パターンを示した（P＜0.05）．群間比較では伸展時痛出現角度において負荷後 48 時間（介入後 24 時間）で円皮鍼群が有意に低値を示した（P＜0.01）．【考察・結語】円皮鍼群が屈曲時痛，伸展時痛の強さ，伸展時痛出現角度において減少パターンを示し，介入後 24 時間に伸展時痛出現角度が有意に低値を示したことより，経筋の異常に対して遠隔部（滎穴）への円皮鍼が貼付後早期から鎮痛効果を生じさせる可能性が示唆された．
