Note (General): 本研究は、多様な発達に何らかの支援を要する子どもに対する理解を深めるため、支援者に必要な視点を示すことを目的としている。そのために、「個別支援計画」の立案に影響を与えているものを可視化し、チーム支援の中で暗黙に共有している枠組みの存在を明らかにすることを目指した。　通所支援事業所で実践された「個別支援計画」の分析から、支援員は、11の観点 (情報受容・表出・課題遂行・身辺自立・家庭生活・社会生活・対人関係・余暇活動・自己統制・粗大運動・微細運動) の組み合わせと、どの時期にどの支援を行うのかといった度合いの調整を行なっていることが明らかとなった。つまり、支援員は、策定会議での発言内容だけでなく、どのタイミングの発言が支援にとって有効かを理解しており、言語化されない観点を駆使して、被支援者の様子からそれらを読み取っていることが示された。　支援員は、これらの観点について支援の効果予測を行ないながら支援を組み立て、そこに支援対象の行動目標を高める方法を組み合わせることで、有効な「個別支援計画」を策定していると考えられる。　これらの観点は、個々の環境等を考慮し、「個別支援計画」に含めたり、含めなかったりするため、見えにくくなっている。しかし、これを1つの材料として、発達支援を考える際に用いることで、支援の全体を見るだけでなく、支援員間でお互いの視点を整理することができることから、本研究により、個々の支援員の理解を促進するための視点が得られたと考えている。
