金属部品と樹部品との接合においては、様々な手法が提案されているが，いずれも機械的特性が低い．本研究では，金属-樹脂接合射出成形における接合強度発現メカニズムの解明に向けて，以下の項目を目的に検討を行った．１．射出成形プロセスにおける接合成形現象の解明２． X線CT画像解析による接合部の3次元非破壊定量化手法の構築３．接合部の3次元非破壊定量化手法を活用した接合強度発現メカニズムの解明これにより様々な材質の接合部評価にも応用が可能である．
