貯血後のヘモグロビン(Hb)低下量やHb回復量の予測に役立つ因子について検討した。当院整形外科を受診し、臨床検査・輸血部で400ml自己血貯血を実施した患者146名を対象とした。各検査項目とHb変化量、Hb回復量・Hb回復率の関係については、赤血球、ヘマトクリットとHb回復率についてのみ弱い相関がみられたが、その他の項目間に相関はみられなかった。赤血球産生の指標である網赤血球(Ret)、網赤血球Hb等量とHb変化量、Hb回復量、Hb回復率について解析した。その結果、RetとHb回復率に正の相関がみられ、RetとHb回復量には正の相関、RetとHb変化量には負の相関がみられた。Hb回復群とHb非回復群の比較ではRetでのみ有意差がみられ、貯血後Hbを予測する因子として、貯血前のRet測定が有用であることが示された。
