Note (General): [緒言]欠損補綴治療を行う患者に対しては，可撤性有床義歯，ブリッジおよびインプラント，さらに短縮歯列においては経過観察を提示することは必須となっている1)．平成28年歯科疾患実態調査では65～69歳の4.6％がインプラントを使用していたとの報告2)があることから，現在の歯科臨床において, インプラントを使用している患者を診察する機会は多い．従って，卒前教育においても口腔インプラント学に関する知識は重要である3)．本邦における口腔インプラント学教育の歴史は，歯科医学教授要綱に口腔インプラントに関する領域が追加された1995年にさかのぼる4)．当時，口腔インプラント学教育の必要性を86％の歯科大学が認めたものの，口腔インプラント学教育を実際に導入している大学は半数程度に留まり，いずれも1年間で2～3時間の講義行われるのみであったが，2008年以降，現在ではすべての歯科大学で口腔インプラント学の講義が行われている5,6)．松本歯科大学(以下本学)における口腔インプラント学講義は2007年度よりクラウンブリッジ補綴学の講義内で1コマ導入して以降, 順次年度ごとに講義数が増加しており，2016年度には正式に口腔インプラント学として半期15コマの独立科目として開講するに至っている．一方，口腔インプラント学模型実習に関しては2009年当時52％の大学で実施されており6)，本学では2018年度より歯科補綴学実習Ⅱの全45コマのうち3コマに導入し,2020年度からは,当該学年の全受講者を対象にアンケート調査を行っている.今回、我々は口腔インプラント学実習の教育効果の検証と教育内容の問題の抽出を目的として,2020年度と2021年度の本学実習受講者について調査したので報告する。
