• Note (General): Many vibration control problems have been studied in the past, such as vibration control of structures, automobile suspension systems, and other mechanical systems. Vibration control devices are classified into three types: passive, active, and semi-active. Passive vibration control is achieved by combining mechanical elements, such as fixed springs and dampers, and designing the overall system to achieve the desired vibration behavior. However, the parameters of control objects are not the same as when designed due to aging and modeling errors, and therefore tuning is essential for passive vibration control devices. Moreover, when considering passive vibration control of multiple vibration modes in a system with multiple vibration modes, such as a high-rise structure, it is necessary to install devices for each vibration mode. Therefore, the active type has been studied because the passive type requires tuning, and it is difficult to achieve multiple requirements simultaneously and to cover multiple vibration modes. The active type actively controls vibration by supplying energy from the outside and generating a direct control force to the control object. Because it actively generates the control force, the appropriate controller design can solve all three problems of the passive type: the necessity of tuning, the simultaneous achievement of multiple requirements, and the covering of multiple vibration modes. However, the problem with the application to structural and suspension systems is the high energy consumption caused by the need to actuate large-mass and high-rigidity objects. The semi-active type is a device with variable mechanical characteristics that varies by external input, causing the overall system to vary its desired characteristics in response to the state of the system and external disturbances. Semi-active vibration control devices vary the characteristics of the system and actively utilize and dissipate the energy of the system itself, such as velocity and displacement caused by vibration, to achieve effects like active vibration control devices, and solve the three problems of passive devices. The external energy required for actuation is significantly less than that of the active type. Moreover, in principle, the energy supply is not from an external source, therefore, the energy in the system is only dissipated and not destabilized by the control. Therefore, it is superior to the active type in terms of fail-safety in the cases of equipment failure or unstable control systems caused by improperly designed controllers. However, constraints on its control inputs vary at each moment, because it utilizes the energy in the system. Therefore, the active type is described as a time-invariant system, in contrast to the semi-active type is a time-variant system, which makes the mathematical description more complex. It has gained interest that vibration systems with semi-active vibration control devices are described as nonlinear models such as bilinear models and mixed logical dynamical models, and systematic control methods based on each model are studied. The bilinear model can be applied in ideal semi-active vibration control devices, however, it is difficult to include nonlinear characteristics such as Bingham fluid characteristics in magneto/electro-rheological dampers. On the other hand, mixed logical dynamical models are a type of hybrid model that can define linear models in different situations at each moment, thereby allowing control theory to be developed with an appropriate mathematical description for semi-active vibration control. However, the currently proposed method requires solving a mixed integer quadratic programming problem, which is classified as NP-hard, for each control cycle, and is difficult to implement due to computational load. Recent developments in active vibration control include the application of preview control. Preview control is a control theory that assumes future information about disturbances and references is available. In active vibration control, preview control theory is reported to be effective in many cases. However, applications of preview control theory to semi-active vibration control devices are relatively few. Because, since the 2000s, problems such as complex constraint considerations, time-varying systems, nonlinear systems, and high computational load in nonlinear systems remain serious issues in the development of preview control theory, and there are no systematic solutions to this issue. Therefore, a preview control theory for semi-active vibration control that solves these issues is desirable. The purpose of this study is to propose a preview control theory that considers constraints in semi-active vibration control, which is a time-varying system. To demonstrate its effectiveness, examples of implementation are shown for structural and suspension systems, respectively. Preview control theory is developed with future disturbances from the control theory for a mixed logical dynamical model. In the extension, the definition of the problem and its solution are also shown in the form of a quadratic evaluation of a control variable different from the state variable, rather than the conventional form of a quadratic evaluation of a state variable. In order to reduce the computational load, a nonlinear function approximation using a neural network is employed at implementation to compute the approximate solution of the proposed control method. In one of the implemented examples, a neural network is used to estimate future seismic waves and reduce the computational load on the structural system, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by comparing it with conventional methods in simulations. In the suspension system, assuming a magneto-rheological damper, the problem is defined based on a mixed logical dynamical model expression of nonlinear characteristics including Bingham fluid characteristics, and a neural network is used to reduce the computational load. Based on the above approaches, this study proposes a new preview control method for semi-active vibration control that solves problems of preview control theory, such as complex constraint considerations, time-varying systems, nonlinear systems, and the reduction of computational load. The proposed method is expected to be a method to realize high-performance control systems not only in semi-active vibration control as well as in robotics and chemical plants, because of the wide range of expressions of the mixed logical dynamical model.; 構造物や自動車のサスペンション系など，機械系の振動現象を扱う振動制御問題は過去，多く検討されてきた．振動制御を行う制振装置には，パッシブ型，アクティブ型，セミアクティブ型がある．パッシブ型は，固定のバネやダンパにあたる機械要素を組み合わせ，系全体が所望の振動特性を達成するように設計することで振動制御を行う．しかし，制御対象のパラメータは，経年劣化やモデル化誤差によって設計時と同一とは限らないため，パッシブ型制振装置には調整が必要不可欠である．また，高層構造物のような複数の振動モードを持つ系においてパッシブ型で複数の振動モードの振動制御を考える場合，振動モード毎に装置の設置が必要となる．したがって，パッシブ型は調整が不可欠であることや，複数仕様の同時達成，複数振動モードへの対応が困難であることから，アクティブ型の研究が進められてきた．アクティブ型は外部からエネルギーを供給し，制御対象に対して直接的な制御力を生成することで能動的に制振を行う．能動的に制御力を生成するため，適切な制御器設計を行うことでパッシブ型の問題点である3点，調整の必要性，複数仕様の同時達成，複数振動モードへの対応のいずれも解決可能である．しかし，構造系やサスペンション系のへの適用を考えた場合，大質量・高剛性の対象を動作させる必要があることから，エネルギー消費が大きいことが問題である．セミアクティブ型は，機械特性が外部指令により可変であるデバイスを用いることで，系の状態や外乱に応じ，系全体を所望の特性に変化させるものである．セミアクティブ型制振装置は系の特性を変化させ，振動に依る速度や変位など，系自体がもつエネルギーを積極的に利用・散逸させるなどしてアクティブ型制振装置のような効果を実現し，パッシブ型の3つの問題を解決する．動作に必要な外部エネルギーはアクティブ型に比べ非常に小さい．これに加えて，外部からエネルギー供給しないという原理上，エネルギーは散逸するのみであり，制御によって不安定化することはない．したがって，機器故障時や不適切に設計された制御器による制御系暴走時のフェイルセーフの面でも優れている．しかし，系が持つエネルギーを利用することから，その発生力に関する制約は時々刻々と変化する．このため，アクティブ型は時不変モデルとして記述できるのに対し，セミアクティブ型は時変モデルとしての側面を持つため，数学的記述が複雑となる．セミアクティブ型制振装置を導入した振動系が双線形モデルや混合論理動的モデルといった非線形モデルとして記述されることが注目され，それぞれのモデルを基にした体系的な制御手法が研究が行われている．しかし，双線形モデルは理想的なセミアクティブ型制振装置においては適用可能であるが，機能性流体を応用した磁気粘性ダンパ，電気粘性ダンパに含まれるビンガム流体特性などの非線形特性の考慮は困難である．これに対して，混合論理動的モデルはハイブリッドモデルの一種であり，時々刻々の状況に応じた線形モデルを定義することができるため，セミアクティブ振動制御においても適切な数学的記述を以て制御理論が展開できることが示されている．しかし，現在提案されている方法はNP困難に分類される混合整数二次計画問題を制御サイクル毎に解く必要があり，計算時間の問題から実装は困難である．また，最近のアクティブ振動制御の展開として予見制御の応用がある．予見制御とは，将来の外乱や目標値情報を既知として扱う制御理論である．アクティブ振動制御において，予見制御理論が有効であることは多く報告されている．しかし，近年試みがされているものの，セミアクティブ型制振装置向けの予見制御理論の適用例は比較的少ない．これらは予見制御理論の発展における2000年代からの課題である複雑な制約考慮や時変系，非線形系への対応，非線形系における計算時間削減のような問題群に対応する体系的な解答が未だないことが原因である．したがって，これら問題を解決したセミアクティブ振動制御向けの予見制御理論の構築が望まれる．本研究では，時変系であるセミアクティブ振動制御において制約を考慮した予見制御理論の提案を主目的とする．その有効性を示すため，構造系とサスペンション系に対してそれぞれ実装例を示す．予見制御理論の構築は，将来の外乱を考慮した形式で混合論理動的モデル向けの制御理論を拡張することで行う．拡張においては従来の状態変数を二次評価する形式のみでなく，状態変数とは異なる制御変数を二次評価する形式の問題定義とその解法も示す．また，計算時間の抑制のため，実装時には提案制御手法の解計算をニューラルネットワークを用いて非線形関数近似を行うことで計算負荷の抑制を行う．実装例の1つである構造系においては，ニューラルネットワークにより，将来の地震波の推定と計算負荷の抑制を行い，シミュレーションにおいて従来手法と比較し，提案手法の有効性を示す．サスペンション系においては，磁気粘性ダンパを想定し，ビンガム流体特性を含めた非線形特性を混合論理動的モデル表現した上で問題を定義，ニューラルネットワークを用いて計算負荷の抑制を行い，シミュレーションにおいて従来手法と比較し，提案手法の有効性を示す．本研究は以上の取り組みにより，セミアクティブ振動制御を題材に，予見制御理論の課題である複雑な制約考慮や時変系，非線形系への対応，計算時間削減といった問題群を解決する新たな予見制御手法を提案する．提案手法は，混合論理動的モデルの表現の幅広さから，セミアクティブ振動制御のみならず，ロボットや化学プラントにおいても高性能な制御系を実現する一手法となることが期待される．; 新大院博(工)第539号
