Note (General): 『紅楼夢』は明清白話小説の代表作として、前八十回は曹雪芹の作、後四十回は後人の補作、北京官話で書かれた社会百科全書的性格も併せ持つとされる。近代中国語から現代中国語への過渡期に位置している。重畳は中国語の代表的な言語手段として、主に形容詞重畳式および動詞重畳式を中心に行われる。『紅楼夢』における形容詞重畳式は豊富で、場面や対象を効果的に描写することを可能にする。本研究は各版本の形容詞重畳式の使用状況を通して、『紅楼夢』の言語特徴を明らかにすることを目的に、版本の関係、言語の連続性、作者の問題などの諸方面からの考察を行い、認知言語学を援用しながら、なぜ重畳式を使用するか、その動機付けの解明を目指す。また、現代中国語と比較し、近代中国語の特徴の一端をを窺おうとするものである。
