• Note (General): メタボリックシンドロームでは、過剰な内臓脂肪蓄積により、脂肪組織からのアディポサイトカイン分泌異常を認め、様々な代謝異常を引き起こす。さらに病態の進行により、糖尿病、動脈硬化症、NASHのような生活習慣病を発症する。本研究では、これらの予防もしくは早期治療を行うため、メタボリックシンドロームに関与するバイオマーカーとして、アディポサイトカインのTNFαとLeptin、NASHバイオマーカー候補fCK18の高感度測定系を確立した。
